CLIENT BUILD · BRAINWASHED COFFEE · FULL FACE PRINT
Build your paddle.
Start with the idea, not the engineering. Tell us how it should look or play and we can engineer it, or configure the full build yourself, with a live render as you go.
What are you building?
One custom paddle, a production run, or a small sample build first. This sets which options are open below.
Usually, manufacturing a custom paddle means ordering dozens. We will make you one. A One-of-One is a real made-to-order custom paddle produced through iMPACT's manufacturing operation. Each step below shows the One-of-One choices; what a production run of 50 or more adds is listed under each step, so the full factory is one tap away.

Then choose how you want to start
A few quick questions, matched to what you are building, then a recommended starting platform with the reasoning behind it. These are guidance inputs, not a formula; we tune the final spec on your quote.
Name a paddle you like and tell us what should change. We use it as the performance benchmark when we engineer your build; we do not clone anyone’s construction.
We will use this paddle as the performance benchmark for your build. Keep specifying anything you already know below, and we will account for the reference when we review the project.
Choose your materials, construction, and components yourself. Start from scratch or load a proven starting profile.
Production run option
These are starting points, not recipes. Materials, layup, thickness, shape, and balance interact, and we will tune the spec on your quote.
LIVE BUILD PREVIEWFinal artwork is returned as a detailed proof before manufacturing.
Any color. We print from the hex value, and your production proof is where we confirm it before anything is made.

Uploaded artwork is used for quote review and paddle visualization; large images are reduced in size for upload. We request full-resolution production files after order approval and before production.

Shape
The mold family sets dimensions, sweet spot behavior, and reach. Handle length rides on the same tooling.
More than 120 established paddle shapes are available. If you have a specific shape or reference paddle in mind, describe it in Additional comments and we will confirm the closest available option.
Handle length
Construction
Enter the number of paddles you are considering. Cold pressed production starts at 50 paddles; thermoformed production starts at 100 paddles.

Sample builds are quoted individually. Component options stay open and we confirm what is possible on your quote. Each submission is one design, minimum 3 and maximum 10 identical paddles. A second artwork or a second construction is a separate submission.
Thermoformed architecture
BUILDING A BRAND OR NEED 50+?
Production orders unlock additional shapes, construction platforms, component branding, packaging and performance development.
Surface laminate
The face material shapes feel, spin, durability, and cost inside the rest of the build. Weave names describe tow size, not a quality ladder.
Core
Polypropylene honeycomb is the modern standard. Aramid and EVA change weight, sound, and dampening. Foam architectures on the thermoformed side define their own core.
Core thickness
Values shown are core thickness. On applicable molds, a 16 mm core may measure approximately 19.5 mm at the finished edge guard. Final finished thickness is confirmed with the selected mold.
Thinner cores are generally livelier; thicker cores tend to be more forgiving. Construction and layup change the equation, so we treat thickness as one variable in the architecture, not a power dial.
Surface finish
How the face finishes: smooth, sprayed grit, the raw weave left exposed, or a sandblasted cold press face. When you certify, texture is tuned to stay inside certification limits.
Texture level
Optional face treatment
Edge guard
Standard black or white, a clean edgeless build, or a custom colored guard. Custom colored guards are made in a lot of 1,000 guards, not 1,000 paddles, so smaller runs can still use one; unused guards can be stored at the factory for up to one year or shipped at your request for additional freight.
#2E5BEA
Grip
Standard tapes, tan PU leather, or a custom grip (minimum 500 grips).
#2E5BEA
Grip branding
Custom grip branding is made in a minimum of 500 grips; below 500 paddles you are charged for 500 and we hold the remainder. Setup and per-unit pricing are confirmed on your quote.
Finishing
Every paddle ships with a neck band and a grip cap. Standard colors are included. Branding and custom colors are made in minimum lots; below the lot size you are charged for the lot and we hold the remainder for reorders. Your paddle quantity never changes.

Certification
Certification testing and approval fees are paid directly to the governing bodies, not to iMPACT, and are not included in our pricing. Approval is never guaranteed. We design with a safety margin, validate by testing, and send 10 paddles marked for certification, the same specification tested at the factory, for submission. A meaningful change to thickness, shape, surface, or finish can require a separate model certification.

Approval paddle shipping
Early approval paddles are 10 additional units on top of your production quantity, charged at the normal sample rate and shipped Air DDP after our in-house testing. Your production quantity does not decrease. Governing-body fees are paid directly; iMPACT does not add a certification fee.
Set option
Pricing is determined by components, customization, and quantity.
Ship as
Custom balls and bags are available for orders above 300 complete sets and are quoted separately. Describe the requested customization in Additional comments.
Shipping
Factory production begins after payment and final artwork approval: cold pressed approximately 12 business days, thermoformed approximately 25 business days. Shipping is separate and delivered duty paid: Air Express DDP approximately 7 to 10 days, Sea Freight DDP approximately 30 to 40 days. Shipping allocations are estimates for the current quantity and method, confirmed with the factory before your invoice is finalized. No delivery date is guaranteed.

A One-of-One ships as a single paddle. Two-paddle sets (2 paddles, 4 balls, 1 bag, minimum 50 sets) are a Production Run option.
Development targets (optional)
Performance targets are a Production Run option. A One-of-One is built on the proven 16mm platform.
For performance and retail projects: numbers we tune toward during development. These are targets, not guarantees. The mold, layup, edge system, and total mass set the final values, which is what prototyping confirms.
Normal factory tolerances: weight ±5 g, finished thickness ±0.5 mm, dimensions ±0.5 mm, balance point ±5 mm, swingweight ±3 kg·cm², and twistweight ±0.3 kg·cm². Targets within these tolerances are included. Tighter ranges require review and may involve individual measurement, sorting, or additional process control.
