2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
3. Entry period
Entries are accepted only during the entry period shown above, measured by the Sponsor's server clock, which is the official timekeeper. Entries received before or after that period are not eligible.
4. How to enter
There are two ways to enter. Both are free and both receive exactly one entry with the same chance of winning.
- Design entry. Go to impactpaddle.com/win, design a paddle in the iMPACT Build Room, complete the entry fields, and submit. You will need to provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number and U.S. state, confirm your age and residency, accept these rules and confirm your rights to any artwork you upload.
- Alternate entry. Go to impactpaddle.com/win/alternate and submit your first name, last name, email address and U.S. state, confirm your age and residency, and accept these rules. No design and no paddle artwork are required.
Entry is free either way. Internet access and a valid email address are required, and any carrier or data charges are your own.
5. One entry per person
Each person may hold one entry, regardless of entry method. Entries are identified by email address. Submitting more than once does not create additional chances to win.
You may revise your design. If you submit a new design using the same email address before entries close, your most recent valid design replaces the earlier one and becomes the paddle associated with your single entry. If you entered by the alternate method and later submit a design with the same email address, your existing entry is kept and your design is associated with it. Duplicate submissions are consolidated to one entry per person before the drawing.
6. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: one iMPACT One-of-One custom pickleball paddle, made to the winner's design, with shipping to a United States address included. Approximate retail value: $160 USD. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $160 USD. No cash alternative and no substitution by the winner. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot be manufactured.
7. Drawing and odds
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries after the entry period closes, using a secure random selection method. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be notified using the email address and, where provided, the phone number submitted with the entry. The winner must respond and provide a valid United States shipping address within 72 hours of the first notification attempt. If the winner does not respond within that time, cannot be reached, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Prize fulfillment
After the winner is confirmed, the Sponsor prepares a production proof of the paddle. The winner must approve that proof before manufacturing begins. Estimated delivery is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after artwork approval; manufacturing and transit timing are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Sponsor will manufacture the winner's submitted design as faithfully as is reasonably possible and may work with the winner on reasonable production adjustments if a submitted design presents an unforeseen manufacturing or rights issue.
10. Artwork and content
You must own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, names, marks and other content you submit, and by entering you confirm that you do. The Sponsor may reject, or require reasonable modification of, any submission that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or impossible to manufacture. Submitting content you do not have the right to use is grounds for disqualification. The Sponsor does not claim ownership of your artwork and uses it to produce your paddle and, where you have agreed, for related communication.
11. Conduct
The Sponsor may disqualify any entry or entrant it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, duplicative, or in violation of these rules, and may suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway if it cannot be run as planned. Any attempt to interfere with the operation of the giveaway is grounds for disqualification.
12. Privacy
Entry information is collected by the Sponsor to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and fulfill the prize. Marketing consent is separate and optional: an entry alone does not sign you up for marketing, and you may unsubscribe at any time from any marketing message you do receive. Contest-related messages may be sent to entrants as needed to run the giveaway. See the Privacy Policy.
13. Release
By entering, you release the Sponsor and its officers, employees and agents from any liability for loss, harm or damage arising out of participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected or not received because of technical failures beyond its control.
14. Winner announcement
The winner may be identified publicly by first name and last initial and by state. Full entrant information is never published. The name of the winner is available after the drawing by writing to info@impactpaddle.com.
15. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
