Custom production begins at 50 paddles. More specialized constructions, components, and tooling may require higher minimums. We regularly manage USA Pickleball approval projects and can support UPA-A certification when required; testing and certification fees are separate, and approval is never guaranteed.

Elongated, widebody, edgeless, thin grip, long handle. With more than 120 molds in production, the shape your players want almost certainly already exists on our floor, and we cut new molds for programs that need one.
The spec is the paddle.
Pickleball has no shortage of impressive sounding materials, generations, and construction terminology. Some of it matters. Some of it is marketing.
At iMPACT, the material on your specification is the material in your paddle. Toray means Toray. T700 means T700. If a construction change meaningfully affects feel, power, control, durability, or cost, we will explain how. If it does not meaningfully improve the paddle, we will tell you that too. You do not need another buzzword. You need the right paddle.

What is the minimum order?
Custom production begins at 50 paddles. Thermoformed constructions generally start around 100. Some component minimums are counted in components, not paddles: custom colored edge guards are produced in minimum lots of 1,000 guards, so a smaller paddle run can still use one, with the lot priced on your quote. Remaining components, including guard lots and packaging, are held for your future orders. Custom grip tape runs 500, custom neck bands, grip caps, and edge guard logos 100, and packaging carries its own minimums.
How fast do I get a quote?
Within 12 business hours of a Build Room submission or contact form message. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
How long does production take?
Factory production begins after payment and final artwork approval: cold pressed in approximately 12 business days, thermoformed in approximately 25 business days. Shipping is separate and delivered duty paid: Air Express DDP in approximately 7 to 10 days, Sea Freight DDP in approximately 30 to 40 days, subject to final factory confirmation. Roughly 90 percent of normal orders fall within expected timing. Chinese holidays and highly customized projects can alter schedules. Nothing goes into production before you approve your proof.
Are the paddles USA Pickleball approved?
We build within USA Pickleball standards and regularly manage USAP approval projects, and we can support UPA-A certification when required. We generally encourage a brand to obtain its own approval. Testing, certification, and related fees are separate from manufacturing, and approval is never guaranteed.
What artwork do you need?
Face art prints edge to edge at full bleed. Upload a PNG or JPG in the Build Room to place it on the paddle yourself, or send PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG and our team sets the final print files on your proof.
Do you provide samples?
It depends on the project. For branded orders on proven constructions, photoreal mockups and production proofs are usually sufficient, and you approve yours before any production payment. For product development, prototype samples are available when performance needs to be evaluated: minimum 3 paddles per variation, generally 9 total across 3 variations, with cost and timing depending on the construction.
Do you offer design services?
Production artwork and proofing are included. Photorealistic digital mockups are included. Full creative and brand development services are available when needed, with terms on your quote.
Can you handle packaging and accessories?
Yes. Fully printed custom retail boxes from 300 units in flip top, slide, and other formats, custom paddle covers from 100 units, retail hangers from 500 units, plus edge tape, additional grips, and paddle and ball set packages. See the Launch a Brand page for the full program.
How does payment work?
The price we quote is landed to your door: production, freight, tariffs, and customs are accounted for upfront, with no surprise import bill after your paddles are finished. Orders are invoiced through Stripe. Under $5,000, payment is in full at order. At $5,000 or more, 50 percent plus shipping is due at order and the remaining 50 percent before shipment. Expedited orders are paid in full. Card payments carry a 3.5 percent processing fee; ACH carries 1.5 percent.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Every run is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Inspect your shipment within 7 days of delivery for print errors or obvious defects, and every paddle carries a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty against delamination, edge guard failures, and similar issues. We refund or replace affected paddles at our discretion.
What about reorders?
Your molds, artwork, and approved proof stay on file, so reorders skip setup entirely and can be expedited to keep your paddles in stock.
