Could your community be worth $15,000 a month?
Everyone belongs to something. A trade, a team, a town, a club, a customer list. The one you know best is where your paddle company starts.
You do not need a massive following or paddle-industry experience. You need a community, a real connection to it, and the willingness to sell.
One founding company selected per niche.Goal: Sell 100 paddles at $169 = $16,900 in gross sales.

The first customers are already there.
Your profession, customers, sport, hobby, culture, town, club, audience, or community gives the company its starting point.
Every strong community has its own stories, symbols, language, humor, heroes, gathering places, and reasons to belong. That identity becomes the brand. Your knowledge of the people becomes the advantage. Their connection to the niche becomes the reason to buy.
The goal is not to create another generic paddle brand and fight for attention from every pickleball player. The goal is to build the paddle company that feels made for a specific group of people.
You bring the world you understand. Together, we build the company for it.
We already know how to turn an idea into a paddle company.
For five years, iMPACT has developed and manufactured paddles for its own brands and customer brands across professions, sports, businesses, lifestyles, and communities.
We understand the decisions that connect the customer, brand, product, packaging, storefront, pricing, launch, manufacturing, and reorder plan. Your Paddle Company brings those decisions together from the beginning.
- Five years building and manufacturing paddle brands
- Brand, product, ecommerce, and launch experience under one roof
- Direct access to the manufacturing operation
- Real niche products, retail packaging, storefronts, and inventory
One idea becomes a product. One product becomes inventory. Inventory becomes a company.
Brand. Paddle. Storefront. Ready to sell.
TRIBE started with a defined customer and a point of view. The brand became a finished paddle, retail presentation, and mobile-ready ecommerce storefront built to sell the product and tell the story.
That is the Your Paddle Company model. Every part is developed around the same customer, so the finished business feels intentional from the first impression to the first order.
This is not a paddle with a logo. It is a complete product company.
Four parts. One customer.
The company they remember
Positioning, name development, story, visual identity, logo direction, color and typography, paddle artwork, packaging direction, and the language that makes the company recognizable.
The product they want to own
A proven performance platform, product specification, construction, component choices, photorealistic proofing, manufacturing coordination, quality control, and the first 100 finished paddles.
The place they buy it
A focused mobile ecommerce website with brand story, product presentation, checkout, payments, shipping and return policies, email capture, and the technical foundation required to sell.
The path to the first customers
Pricing and margin planning, product imagery, launch copy, initial social content, email direction, customer outreach, niche marketing, and a clear reorder trigger.
The brand, paddle, storefront, and launch are built around the same customer because that is how a product becomes a company.
Finished, packaged, and ready to sell.
Your first 100 paddles are the opening inventory of the company. They create enough product for launch orders, photography, customer content, reviews, strategic samples, events, partners, and the beginning of the reorder cycle.
Every paddle arrives as a finished retail product built around your brand. The paddle, cover, packaging, and presentation work together so the first customer receives a product that feels established from day one.
- Modern construction and full product customization
- Retail-ready branded inventory
- Product for launch, content, samples, and early partnerships
- Production specifications retained for consistent reorders

Three paddles per day creates a $15,000 month.
3 paddles per day × $169 × 30 days = $15,210 in monthly gross sales
You do not need to become the largest paddle company in the world. You need to become the paddle company that matters to the right group of people.
That is the power of the niche. Instead of asking every pickleball player to notice another generic brand, you start with customers who already share an identity, profession, interest, lifestyle, or community. The product speaks directly to them. Your connection gives you the path to reach them.
The first three daily customers come from the world you already understand. How far the company grows after that is determined by the work you put into sales, marketing, partnerships, events, wholesale, additional products, and customer relationships.
At the three-per-day model, 100 paddles represent roughly one month of sales inventory. That is why the reorder plan begins before launch. The goal is not to sell the final paddle and stop. The goal is to build demand, reorder with discipline, and keep the company growing.
The $15,210 figure is monthly gross sales, not guaranteed earnings or profit. Product costs, shipping, advertising, payment processing, returns, discounts, taxes, and other business expenses affect actual results. Customer acquisition and business execution remain the founder’s responsibility.
You are not building this alone.
iMPACT is your product-development, manufacturing, brand, ecommerce, and launch partner.
Selected founders work directly with Mic Foster and iMPACT to turn their community advantage into a real paddle company. Together, we define the customer, build the position, develop the brand and product, manufacture the first inventory, create the storefront, and prepare the launch.
You bring the knowledge, relationships, energy, and willingness to sell. We bring the experience, infrastructure, manufacturing, creative development, and launch system required to turn that advantage into a company.
The company is yours. The brand is yours. The customers are yours. The inventory is yours. We build it with you, manufacture for it, and help prepare it to grow.
Mic Foster has spent five years building and manufacturing paddles for iMPACT and customer brands, combining product development, factory production, brand strategy, ecommerce, and niche marketing in one operating partnership.
When your category closes, it closes.
Your Paddle Company is built around category ownership. We do not place directly competing founders into the same niche.
Once a founder is accepted, signs the agreement, and submits the initial deposit, that category closes to competing applicants in the founding program.
Applications do not reserve categories. Acceptance does.

Which best describes you today?
Do you already have a niche or community in mind?
What niche or community are you building for?
Be specific. “Golfers at private clubs” is more useful than “sports.”
If you are considering more than one, list the strongest options.
What communities, professions, hobbies, or customer groups do you understand unusually well?
Think about the groups you belong to, serve, work with, sell to, organize, or spend time around.
Would your concept rely on a name, logo, mascot, artwork, or other intellectual property owned by another organization?
This helps us understand the path to launch. Licensed and permission-based concepts are common.
How can you currently reach people in this community?
Choose everything that applies.
When are you ready to begin?
How much are you prepared to invest in developing the business?
This covers brand development, paddle design, website, product setup, and launch support. Inventory is separate.
How much are you prepared to invest in your first 100 paddles and future reorders?
A successful launch requires opening inventory and a plan to reorder as the first production run sells.
How much time can you commit to building and selling the company?
Where should we send the next step?
Your answers go directly to iMPACT. We do not sell or share them. See our privacy policy.
You are approved for the next step.
Your application has been submitted. Schedule a 30-minute Zoom with Founder Mic Foster to discuss the niche, the first 100 paddles, and the path to launch.
This conversation is the next step in the selection process. It is not final acceptance into Your Paddle Company.
Your application is in Mic’s personal review queue.
Every niche is different. Mic reviews the community you named, the access you described, and the path to building the company around it.
When there is a workable path forward, iMPACT contacts you directly. There is nothing else you need to submit right now.
Straight answers.
Do I need a large social following?
No. A focused community that trusts you is more valuable than a large passive audience. Existing customers, professional relationships, clubs, organizations, local credibility, events, physical locations, email lists, and real-world word of mouth all create direct customer access.
Do I need the niche completely figured out?
No. You already understand a profession, community, lifestyle, interest, customer group, or point of view. The application helps identify the strongest starting position, and iMPACT sharpens it with selected founders.
Do I need experience in the paddle industry?
No. iMPACT supplies the paddle-development and manufacturing expertise. Your advantage comes from understanding the intended customer and being prepared to reach them.
Do I need to design the paddle, brand, or website?
No. Those are core parts of the partnership. You bring the insight and connection. We build the company with you.
Who owns the company?
You do. You own the brand, storefront, customer relationship, and inventory. iMPACT serves as the product-development, manufacturing, brand, ecommerce, and launch partner.
Why start with 100 paddles?
One hundred creates a real opening inventory. It supports customer orders, photography, reviews, strategic samples, partnerships, events, retail opportunities, and the beginning of a disciplined reorder cycle.
Is $15,210 per month guaranteed?
No. It is the monthly gross-sales result of selling three paddles per day at $169 over 30 days. It is the target business model, not a guarantee of sales, earnings, or profit. The founder is responsible for customer acquisition and execution.
What does the program cost?
The investment has two parts: building the company and purchasing the first inventory. The final structure depends on the brand, website, product, packaging, production, shipping, and launch support required. The application asks about each investment separately so iMPACT can determine the right starting structure.
What happens after I apply?
The application evaluates the niche, founder-community connection, first-customer path, readiness, and available resources. Qualified applicants schedule a 30-minute Zoom with Mic immediately. Every completed founding application remains available for personal review.
What happens after the first 100 paddles?
iMPACT retains the approved production specification and master sample for reorders. We also develop additional paddle designs, packaging, accessories, product extensions, wholesale materials, and ongoing brand support as the company grows.
What happens if someone else applies with my niche?
Applications do not reserve categories. Once a founder is accepted, signs the agreement, and submits the initial deposit, the niche closes to directly competing applicants in the founding program.
