iMPACT Pickleball LLC ("iMPACT," "we," "us") operates impactpaddle.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, build spec, or contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, company details, and your paddle specifications, including any artwork files you upload. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic; it sets cookies and collects usage data under Google's privacy policy. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to us by email.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, produce proofs, fulfill production orders, and respond to your messages. If you subscribe to our emails, we use your address to send product and offer updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments for production orders are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs its processing of your payment data.

Retention and requests

We retain quote and order records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. To request access to or deletion of your information, email info@impactpaddle.com.
