Your paddle.
Your brand.
Built to spec.

Make something they don’t expect.
Most branded merchandise is forgotten almost as quickly as it is handed out. A great custom paddle is different. It gets played with. Carried to the courts. Passed around. Talked about. Whether you need 50 or 20,000, the goal is the same: make something people are genuinely excited to get.
Customer gifts · Brand activations · Events · Company merch · Facility paddles · Limited editions · Paddle brand launches · National promotions
It should feel as good as it looks.
The artwork gets their attention. The paddle is what makes them keep it. We help match the feel, performance, and quality to the audience, budget, and goal, from an incredible branded giveaway to a legitimate retail performance paddle. You do not need to know carbon layups, core materials, or construction methods. That is our job.
You tell us who you want to impress. We will make sure the paddle lives up to it.
Start with almost anything.
A logo. A sketch. A color palette. A paddle you already love. A rough idea for a new brand. Or just, “I want this to be incredible.” That is enough to start.
Start where you are.

Facility solutionsMake every detail yours.
This is where it gets fun. Every part of the paddle can carry the brand, and every part of the build can match how you want it to play.
The whole face is the canvas
Full face artwork edge to edge, then carry the brand through every finishing detail: edge guards, grips, neck bands, and grip caps, matched to your colors.
Feel, power, control
Tell us how you want it to feel on the court and we help translate that into the right build: materials, construction, thickness, weight, and balance.
Down to the unboxing
Custom retail boxes, covers, inserts, and accessories. Make the unboxing part of the experience. Start with more than 120 paddle shapes, or create a new one when the project calls for it.
Look what an idea can turn into.
A pro team. A coffee company. A fanbase. An apparel brand. A new paddle business. Different reasons, different audiences, completely different paddles. Every one started with someone deciding it would be cool to make their own.

And yes, we can actually build it.
We do not decorate stock blanks. We manufacture production runs around your specification, on a line we are invested partners in.
Roughly 15 years of paddle manufacturing experience and millions of paddles through the operation. Every finished paddle is inspected, production specs are retained with master samples, custom tooling is available, and we regularly manage USA Pickleball approval projects with UPA-A support when required. Every quote is landed to your door.
Built for the highest level. Ready for yours.
When the Texas Ranchers of Major League Pickleball needed team edition paddles, they were built on this line. Front and back full face print, team branding down to the grip band, USA Pickleball Approved.
Your first 50 paddles run through the same production operation as programs built for the professional game. The quantity changes. The expectation that the paddle should be right does not.

This should feel easy. It is.

A logo, a sketch, a reference paddle, a goal, a budget, a quantity, or a full spec. We respond with a quote within 12 business hours, landed to your door. Production artwork, proofing, and photorealistic mockups are included.
See it before you buy it
Before you pay for production, our team returns a photorealistic mockup of your paddle with your graphics applied. We refine the concept with you, and nothing goes to production until you approve it.
We make it
Your run is built to spec alongside the 250,000 paddles we produce monthly, with the same materials, inspection, and QC as the national brands we manufacture for. Certification support where applicable.

Factory production begins after payment and final artwork approval: cold pressed in approximately 12 business days, thermoformed in approximately 25 business days. Shipping is separate and delivered duty paid: Air Express DDP in approximately 7 to 10 days, Sea Freight DDP in approximately 30 to 40 days, subject to final factory confirmation. Freight, tariffs, and customs are accounted for upfront. Backed by a satisfaction guarantee, a 7 day inspection window, and a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty.
This might be the start of a brand.
You do not need to know how paddles are manufactured to start a paddle company. Start with the player you want to build for, the look you want on the court, or even a paddle you wish existed. We can help with the product, packaging, certification support, production, and the pieces around the launch.
Our best work carries somebody else’s name.
Many of the paddles we manufacture are produced under NDA for paddle brands, agencies, and custom paddle companies. Confidential manufacturing is part of the service: we regularly sign NDAs and can provide our own before development begins.
We manufacture for paddle brands, custom paddle companies, agencies, facilities, and organizations around the world. We do not need credit for your paddle. We need you to be proud of it.
We didn’t just find a factory. We invested in one.
Five years ago we went looking for a manufacturing operation capable of building the paddles we wanted to put our name behind. After evaluating leading factories, we found the right production partner and chose to go much further than a vendor relationship: we invested in the operation, equipment, tooling, and capability ourselves, and we have been expanding it ever since.
The operation carries roughly 15 years of paddle manufacturing experience and has produced millions of paddles across some 10,000 custom designs for customers in more than 40 countries. Manufacturing quality is not about geography. It is about process, materials, engineering, and accountability, and that is what we bought into.
Founded by Mic Foster, a Columbus operator with more than two decades of product development behind him. A portion of every production run funds paddle, net, and ball donations to elementary school PE and after-school programs across the country.
We build the paddles.
CourtFull fills the courts.
Opening or running a facility? Our partner company CourtFull helps turn empty court hours into programming, memberships, and revenue. It works from your actual booking data and stays involved in the operation, not just the recommendation.
