Custom production begins at 50 paddles and thermoformed constructions begin at 100. Some minimums are counted in components, not paddles, so a smaller paddle run can still use a custom component: you are charged for the component lot, the unused pieces are stored at the factory for up to one year or shipped at your request for additional freight, and your paddle quantity never changes. Custom colored edge guards are a 1,000 guard lot and edge guard logos are 100 guards. Custom colored neck bands are a 1,000 band lot and custom branded neck bands are 100 bands. Custom grips and custom grip branding are 500 grips. Custom grip caps are 100 caps. Paddle covers are 100 covers. Packaging carries its own minimums.

Product pricing may be shown plus shipping while the design is in review. Formal quotes are valid for 30 days.

Factory production begins after payment and final artwork approval: cold pressed in approximately 12 business days, thermoformed in approximately 25 business days. Shipping is calculated separately once the design, specification, quantity, destination, packaging, and shipping method are confirmed, and it is quoted DDP so freight, tariffs, customs, and import handling are accounted for before payment: Air Express DDP in approximately 7 to 10 days, Sea Freight DDP in approximately 30 to 40 days, subject to final factory confirmation. Roughly 90 percent of normal orders fall within expected timing. Chinese holidays and highly customized projects can alter schedules. Nothing goes into production before you approve your proof.

Unless a project calls for a different specification, iMPACT generally develops paddles toward current USA Pickleball dimensional and performance requirements. That design target is not the same as testing or approval. A paddle may be described as USA Pickleball Approved only after the governing body has tested and approved that exact model. We regularly manage USA Pickleball approval projects and can support UPA-A certification when required, and we generally encourage a brand to obtain its own approval. Testing, submission paddles, and governing-body fees are separate from manufacturing, and approval is never guaranteed.

It depends on the project. For branded orders on proven constructions, photoreal mockups and production proofs are usually sufficient, and you approve yours before any production payment. For product development, prototype samples are available when performance needs to be evaluated: minimum 3 identical paddles per design and specification, so three variations is nine paddles, with cost and timing depending on the construction.

Yes. Fully printed custom retail boxes from 300 units in flip top, slide, and other formats, custom paddle covers from 100 units, retail hangers from 500 units, plus edge tape, additional grips, and paddle and ball set packages. Contact us for the full program.

We respond with preliminary pricing first, and product pricing may be shown plus shipping while the design is in review. Shipping is calculated and factory-confirmed once the order details are complete, and it is identified separately on the formal quote before payment. Shipping is quoted DDP, so freight, tariffs, customs, and import handling are accounted for and there is no surprise import bill after your paddles are finished. No formal invoice is prepared until you approve the proof and the order details are confirmed. Orders are invoiced through Stripe. Under $5,000, payment is in full at order. At $5,000 or more, 50 percent plus shipping is due at order and the remaining 50 percent before shipment. Expedited orders are paid in full. Eligible credit-card payments may carry a processing surcharge of up to 3 percent, where permitted and disclosed before payment. Debit cards are not surcharged. ACH bank-payment fees, when applicable, are disclosed on the invoice before payment.

Every run is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Inspect your shipment within 7 days of delivery for print errors or obvious defects, and every paddle carries a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty against delamination, edge guard failures, and similar issues. We refund or replace affected paddles at our discretion.

Your molds, artwork, and approved proof stay on file, so reorders skip setup entirely and can be expedited to keep your paddles in stock.
